Smart Move: Open House in Palm Coast right before the Parade of Homes

As the Flagler County Home Builders Association's Parade of Homes is approaching, I received an email invite from our friend and an Office Divvy member Sandy Mullen tonight. Sandy is a Diva! No, not the glittery type, Sandy's company name is aptly named: Smart Money Divas. Our team at Office Divvy are fans. We like and respect Sandy and her team and it's fair to say the feeling is mutual.

Sandy Mullen, along with David Fowler, friend and past Office Divvy member, combined forces with Sunshine Homes to host an open house and a little party at a beautiful Palm Coast Model Home, known as "Maxwell's House" located at 7 Weymouth Lane.

I've previously visited this unique model home. A beautiful courtyard, tastefully decorated interior, nice furnishings, and some special consideration given to landscaping.

Both Sandy and David have a big following in Central and Northern Florida. Strong and timely move by Sunshine Homes to partner with them to host this open house.

I plan to attend. Below is the invite. Hope to see you there.

This is a very timely teaser, right before the annual Flagler Parade of Homes event by the Flagler County HBA. It's important to clarify that the above event is not associated with the Parade of Homes, but I find it smart that this event is just before.

You can find the Flagler Home Builders Association: on facebook, visit their website, or connect with them on twitter. The current president of the Flagler HBA is Charles Rinek, who is also a friend, and just so happens to be my personal favorite builder in Flagler County.
