"Neither Success not failure is ever final" ~ Roger W. Babson

Success and failure continually occupies the mind of any entrepreneur.  Many believe "Success Breed Success" and "Failure Breeds Failure" and some belive "Failure Breeds Success."

Here's an interesting quote that stands out, and it's a very good reminder for those of us in business, by the founder of the famed business school, Babson College in Massachusetts, Roger W. Babson:

In addition to being a founder of Babson College, Roger Ward Babson was an entrepreneur and business theorist in the first half of the 20th century. He founded Webber College (now Webber International University located in Babson Park, Florida), and the now defunct Utopia College, in Eureka, Kansas.

  1. It may well stand out, but Babson died in 1967 and this supposed quote was not attributed to him until 1998. Although it appears on many websites, none actually give any source. It is a fake.
